Title: Messenger Grade F3S
The Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA), an organization entrusted with the assessment, collection, and accounting for tax revenues for the Malawi Government is inviting applications from versatile and suitably qualified candidates to fill the above vacant position in Administration Division.
Overall Objective
Providing timely, secure and efficient delivery of official documents and messages within and outside the institution, thereby supporting smooth administrative and operational processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing incoming mail so that it is opened, sorted and distributed in a professional and timely manner.
- Delivering messages and items, such as newspapers, documents and packages between establishment departments and to other establishments and private firms.
- Maintaining accurate records related to the receipt and delivery of packages, documents and messages.
- Performing general office or clerical work, such as filing materials, operating duplicating machines and running office errands.
- Photocopying and binding documents.
- Loading vehicles with goods, ensuring goods are loaded correctly.
- Distributing goods to offices including stationery and refreshments
Qualification and Experience
Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education
Atleast 2 Years experience
