POSITION : Human Resources Officer Closed

Job Type : Full-time


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining human resource databases to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required
  • Providing support in the areas of HR risks identification and manage employee off-boarding
  • In liaison with the Filing Clerk, ensure the Human Resources personnel files are up to date
  • Assisting in all facets of the recruitment and selection process and managing the hiring process
  • Supporting the administration and tracking of leave and processing of leave grants
  • Capturing new employee information and maintenance of the same in the HR System (SAP)
  • Drafting formal responses requiring explanation of rules, regulations and procedures from staff members.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and Public Administration
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
