MAIN FUNCTION
Responsible for executing brand strategies to enhance MRA reputation and Visibility. This role involves campaign management, and ensuring brand consistency across all corporate communications and materials.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Collaborating in the development of comprehensive brand strategies that align with MRA goals and objectives.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring branding campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing and promotional materials. Developing and enforcing brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with the content team to create engaging and consistent brand messaging. Oversee the production of marketing materials such as Station signage, brochures, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Tracking and analysing the performance of branding initiatives using key metrics. Reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Working closely with internal teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.
- Assisting in organizing corporate events and activities. Ensuring all events align with corporate image and strategy.
- Assisting in managing the budget for brand initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve branding goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or any other related field of study from a recognized University.
- Postgraduate Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be advantageous.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing and Branding
